How do our clothes fit?
Our clothes mainly fit true to size. But for the shorts the smaller sizes do run a little big. For the jacket on Rated E Collection it does run a little big.
Can I exchange or return my item?
All limited drops are final sale.
We accept size exchanges only (subject to availability) if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Proof is required and requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo proof and we’ll make it right.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times depend on the collection ordered.
In-stock items (previous drops):
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Rated E Collection (Pre-Order):
Rated E Collection is a limited pre-order. Orders ship approx. 2 weeks after production begins. Updates will be sent via email & SMS.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We currently only ship within the U.S. (unless you offer international shipping — let me know).
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your info before completing checkout.
